Perfect Finishing Touches makes every effort to ensure that this website is free from viruses or defects. However we cannot guarantee that your use of this website or any websites accessible through it will not cause damage to your computer. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the correct equpment available to use our website and that your equipment will screen out anything which may damage your computer. Perfect Finishing Touches shall not be liable to any person for any damage or loss which may occur to computer equipment as a result of using our website.

We may provide links to other websites from our website. We do not vet these sites and do not have any control over their content and therefore our link to these websites should not be seen as approval, endorsement or agreement to any information contained within them. Perfect Finishing Touches cannot accept any liability in respect of the use of these websites.
All our confectionery, even if not containing nuts, may have been produced around nut products and are therefore not suitable for those with nut allergies.
Chocolare Dragee Flowers, decorative flowers and butterflies are made from wire, chocolate wrapping (cellophane, tulle or other material). The leaves are not edible. they are only decorative and therefore caution and supervision would be advised when items are given to children. The wrapping on all confectionery is not edible, therefore caution and supervision would be advised at all times when given to children.
Candles should be used sensibly. Perfect Finishing Touches is not responsible for the use of the candles sold.
The ordering of Personalised Items
Please note that we will print your personalised items exactly as you enter them when you place your order. It is not the responsibility of Perfect Finishing Touches to correct punctuation or spelling or add capital letters. Please ensure that you enter the text as you would like it to appear on your personalised item. Orders received for personalised items are final and we will not be able to accept any cancellations on these personalised items

It is our aim to be as accurate as possible in our descriptions of products sold within this website and that prices are correct at the time of publishing. It should be noted however that the dimensions given are approximate only and with regard to colour we are unable to ensure that your computer's display of a colour will accurately reflect the colour of the item received. To this extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied as to the accuracy of information contained within this website.
Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in part or in whole, is prohibited without the permission of Perfect Finishing Touches. You may not modify, distribute or post anything on this website for any purpose.
We are not VAT registered.
If you order from this website and thus create a user account you are responsible for maintaining that account and the confidentiality of the username and password and for restricting access to your computer to prevent any potential unauthorised access to your account.

Conditions of Use
Orders are only dispatched when payment authorisation has been received bu our online bankers. All payments are made in £sterling. All prices are inclusive of taxes where applicable. We are happy to accept payment by cheque and the option to pay by this method shoiuld be chosen when placing your order and we will contact you. When your cheque has been cleared your order will be dispatched. We would therefore recommend that you allow for this time element when placing your order.
Returns and refunds policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with yor order please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 working days from receipt of the goods for a refund and within 28 days for an exchange. All products should be unused, in it's original condition with unopened packaging.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 7 working days of receipt of the goods with the exception of cameras, edible goods and personalised items.
Please note that cameras, edible goods and personalised items are non-refundable and exchanges or refunds will not be authorised on these types of items unless faulty or damaged.
It is your responsibility to return the item in perfect and saleable condition and at your own cost. We would recommend that you use a recorded delivery service to ensure that the goods reach us. We cannot refund items which are not received by us. Once inspected, we will arrange a refund to your credit card for the items returned less the any postage and packing costs which are not refundable.
All the information collected is done so in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We are not able to view or access any debit or credit card information at any time and therefore do not store any financial information on our customers.
Dispatch of orders
All our orders are sent via a secure delivery service and will require a signature upon receipt. As this is a third party there may be occassions where they are unable to deliver your order due to reasons outside our control.
If our delivery service is unable to obtain a signature the goods will be taken to the local storing office to be collected by you, however goods will only be retained for a limited period and if not collected within this time will be returned to Perfect Finishing Touches.
The order will be dispatched to the address given at the point of ordering or the adress specified when registering, If we are unable to deliver due to incorrect information supplied we do not accept liability for failed or late delivery. In these circumstances no refunds will be given due to the fact that the conditions in which the goods have been held are unknown and they may have been adversly affected. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the information is correct.
Incomplete orders or incorrect products
If there are any discrepencies or items missing from your delivery you must notify Perfect Finishing Touches within 4 working days from the date received by e-mailing us at email@example.com Please note that all orders are carefully checked and recorded before being dispatched.
Please notify us as soon as possible to enable us to investigate this with our delivery provider and where neccessary arrange for another order to be sent.
Modifications and revisions to these Terms and Conditions
Perfect Finishing Touches reserves the right to revise, amend or modify these terms and conditions at any time. By continuing to use this site following such changes the customer will be deemed to have accepted thes changes. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that they check regularly to determine whether the terms and conditions have changed.
These terms and conditions do not affect your legal rights.
