Who is Perfect Finishing Touches
We are a family run business and appreciate the time and effort which goes in to organising this very important event. At Perfect Finishing Touches we aim to try to make the process as enjoyable and stress free as possible.
We are a mail order company which enables us to keep the cost to our customers as low as possible. We are however happy to provide samples so that you can see the products (please go to terms and conditions to see how to order) and are always happy to discuss your requirements or you can send us an e-mail if you prefer.
Can I order samples
We are more than happy to provide you with product samples, with the exception of personalised items, edible items or items which are sold as sets or packs. Samples are charged at the item price plus postage and packaging and can be selected by choosing 1 when ordering.
Can I Order a Brochure
Perfect Finishing Touches features it's extensive range of products on it's website perfectfinishingtouches.co.uk and does not produce a brochure. If you are unable to see what you require please contact us and we will be happy to try and obtain the item for you.
How do I Order Online
We have made our site customer freindly to enable you to easily see all the products and choices available. The products have been divided into six categories and can be accessed by the picture boxes on the front page of the site or by using the category options on the left hand side of the site. When selected, the options on the left hand side show the sub categories for this section to assist you in finding the exact product you require.
When you have found the product you require simply select the quantity you would like and select the colour and/or size where neccessary and then press the add to basket button. You have then created your shopping basket and can then either select to continue shopping which will enable to purchase further products or follow the instructions shown to proceed to the checkout.
How much will delivery cost
Our delivery costs are based on the weight of your total order which is calculated at the checkout. Prices are detailed below for your information. Please note that the delivery times are the number of working days your order will take to be delivered to your door from the date we dispatch your order from our store and not from the date you place your order.
All our orders are sent via secure delivery service and will require a signature upon receipt.

When will my Order be Dispatched
This is very much dependant on the product and stovk availability, however your order will usually be dispatched within 10 working days. We will notify you if a particular item will take longer. Please specify the date you require your purchases by when you place your order. If you require your items more quickly please contact us and we will do our very best to accomodate you where possible.
Personalised items will usually take longer than 10 working, however once again we will do our very best to accomodate your requirements where possible.
How do I cancel or return my order
We will do our very best to ensure that you will be fully satisfied with your goods, however should you need to cancel or return your order in the first instance please contact us at email@example.com within 7 working days from receipt of the goods for a refund and within 28 days for an exchange. All products should be unused, in it's original condition with unopened packaging.
Please note that cameras, edible goods and personalised items are non-refundable and exchanges or refunds will not be authorised on these types of items unless faulty or damaged.
It is your responsibility to return the item in perfect and saleable condition and at your own cost. We would recommend that you use a recorded delivery service to ensure that the goods reach us. We cannot refund items which are not received by us. Once inspected, we will arrange a refund to your credit card for the items returned less the any postage and packing costs which are not refundable.
What should I do if my order does not arrive
Please contact us as soon as possible so that we can investigate with our delivery provider, then where neccessary
we will resend your order.
What should I do if my order is incomplete
All our orders are very carefully checked before dispatch, however should there be any discrepencies or missing items from your order you must notify Perfect Finishing Touches within 4 working days from the date received by e-mailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Can I Pay by Cheque
We are happy to accept payment by cheque and the option to pay by this method shoiuld be chosen when placing your order and we will contact you. When your cheque has been cleared your order will be dispatched. We would therefore recommend that you allow for this time element when placing your order.
Are my payments safe
All transactions are processed via a secure payment provider. Perfect Finising Touches is unable to view or access any credit or debit card information at any time and therefore does not store any financial information on our customers.
